Another Keeper from Lori Foster!

Bare All Hqn Lori Foster

Bare All Hqn Lori Foster

Lori Foster's latest novel, Bare It All, was so good that I had to try hard not to read the whole book in one sitting. It was packed full of fast paced action, lots of steamy, romantic scenes, and it included Lori's classic brand of hunky, sexy, heroes. After reading the first book in this series, Run the Risk, last year, I was waiting with bated breath for this next installment. I must say that Lori more than delivered with this one. I loved the fact that Bare It All picked up at the precise point where Run the Risk ended, so any lingering questions that I had from the last book were all answered in this one.

Honorable, job focused, and protective Detective Reese Bareden was the perfect counterpart to the ever elusive and a little bit strange Alice Appleton (whom we first met in Trace of Fever). I could feel their chemistry from the first page of the book. Despite the suspense and intrigue resulting from the very serious situation they found themselves in, it was the steamy and sometimes funny interaction between Alice and Reese that made this story great. I also enjoyed the interactions with the supporting cast, especially Rowdy!

This book provided something for everyone. For first time Lori Foster readers, it was a great introduction to the sexy, fun-filled, fast paced romps that define Lori's core style. For long time Lori Foster fans, it also was a real treat to get to know even better some very familiar characters that we already loved from Run the Risk (like Logan, Pepper, Rowdy and Dash!), as well as get a surprise visit from a favorite character from a different Lori Foster series. All in all, it was a great read, and I highly recommend it if you are looking for something fun and sexy.

  1. If you don't know this is part of a series. The good part you don't have to have read the others to appreciate this book. It was just as much fun as I expected, but it has a good story line as well. I read Lori's books for the happy endings, but I appreciate that there is so much more to her stories than boy meets girl. As a total bonus there was a cameo by a character from one of other stories. again you don't have to know his story, but if you read him, it is a totally fun surprise when he shows up. Others reviews may say who he is, but I would rather you got to be as pleasantly surprised as I was.

  2. As always Lori Foster delivers!! I absolutely love the characters and I love how Lori Foster tied this book with a book from another series. The characters in this book are perfect and I am looking foward to reading the next book to see how everyone's relationship developes. Lori Foster delivers the perfect amount of romance and suspense. And I always love the animals in the books. The seem to put a little smile on my face. Thank you again Lori Foster. I am a huge fan and I can't wait till the next book.

  3. Lori Foster is my favorite author. I just love her books. I love how she brought in characters from a different series to tie it all up. This may be my new favorite book from Lori. I cannot wait to read Rowdy's story next.
